Welcome to Mellow Mutts, a different kind of dog grooming experience. Rooted in compassion, patience, and partnership, we believe that grooming should never be rushed or forced — it should be a process of building trust, creating calm, and honouring each dog as an individual.

Led by Melanie, a qualified Level 3 groomer, Mellow Mutts, combines years of hands-on grooming experience with a deep interest in dog behaviour, communication, and emotional wellness. Specialising in cooperative grooming we work with your dog, not to them. Our mission is to make grooming a low-stress, positive experience — not just a chore, but an opportunity to nurture wellbeing and connection

My dog walking services are tailored to meet your dog’s unique needs, ensuring they get the exercise, mental stimulation, and socialization they deserve. I provide personalized walks designed to keep your furry friend happy and engaged.

Dog Sitting

My dog sitting services cover various needs, ensuring your dog receives the care necessary to thrive. Sessions are available in your home or my own, allowing your dog to feel safe and comfortable while you’re away.

Dog Training

My dog training services cover a range of needs, from basic commands to advanced skills. Training is available in group classes or through home visits, ensuring your dog receives the attention necessary to develop key abilities.

Bath & Dry

A warm bath with shampoo suited to your dogs skins needs. Followed by a towel and / or gentle blow dry at their pace.

Brush & Deshed

Removal of loose fur, tangles, and light matting using appropriate tools and techniques.

Nail & Paw Care

Clipping and / or grinding of your dog’s nails to a comfortable and healthy length.

Haircut / Styling

Short & low maintenance, breed-specific, or just a light tidy-up – A haircut that best suits yours and your dogs needs and lifestyle.
